Classified-style directory
Services help users request help, offer help, volunteer, or present provider listings. The platform does not handle checkout, payment, escrow, contracts, delivery, warranties, refunds, or disputes.
Any agreement, payment, delivery, quality issue, tax obligation, license obligation, or dispute happens directly between the parties outside the platform.
Service Declaration
Before publishing a Service, the owner should declare whether they are a private individual, volunteer/free helper, community/nonprofit group, professional provider, or business/company.
The selected owner status should be shown publicly so users understand who they are contacting.
Accuracy and legality
Service owners are responsible for truthful descriptions, lawful offers, local licensing, taxes, consumer obligations, safety, and communication outside the platform.
The platform may remove misleading, unsafe, prohibited, or inconsistent listings and may require edits or review.
