Sensitive Services Policy

Health, Ayurveda, psychology, legal, financial, childcare, and similar areas need stronger gates and no miracle or emergency claims.

Public policy draft v0.3Updated 2026-04-28Audience: Sensitive service providers and users seeking help

Sensitive categories

Sensitive Services include health, Ayurveda, psychology, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, childcare, minors/family safety, immigration/documents, pregnancy-related services, crisis support, and similar areas.

These services may require an extra pre-publication gate, clearer declarations, license or registration details, or manual review before publication.

Allowed lighter wellness content

General wellness, lifestyle, daily routine, sattvic cooking, and non-medical education may be allowed with self-declaration if they avoid diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or medical claims.

Public wording should not create the impression that the platform verifies medical quality or professional competence unless that verification actually happened.

Blocked or restricted claims

Miracle cures, guaranteed cures, disease-treatment claims by unverified users, emergency care claims, serious diagnosis/treatment, and advice to stop prescribed treatment are not allowed.

Regulated professional titles must not be used unless the provider can show the relevant legal authority, license, registration, or official status where required.
